Overview

Projek ini ialah palang keselamatan automatik bercetak 3D untuk projek RBT Tahun 5. Ia menggunakan Maker UNO bersama sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, servo SG90, modul lampu isyarat dan buzzer untuk mensimulasikan sistem palang automatik.

Apabila objek dikesan pada jarak kira-kira kurang daripada 5 cm, sensor akan mengesan kehadiran objek dan servo akan membuka palang. Pada masa yang sama, lampu hijau akan menyala dan buzzer akan berbunyi pendek. Palang akan kekal terbuka selagi objek masih dikesan sebelum melalui urutan amaran dan ditutup semula secara automatik.

Bahagian bercetak 3D untuk projek ini dicetak menggunakan Flashforge Creator 5 Pro. Fail PDF yang disediakan mengandungi senarai komponen, sambungan pendawaian, gambar rujukan pemasangan, carta alir sistem, langkah pengujian serta kod Arduino lengkap.

This project is a 3D-printed automatic safety gate designed for a Year 5 RBT project. It uses a Maker UNO together with an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, SG90 servo, traffic-light module and buzzer to simulate an automated barrier system.

When an object approaches within about 5 cm, the sensor detects it and the servo raises the gate while the green light turns on and the buzzer gives a short beep. The gate remains open while the object is detected, then follows a timed warning sequence before closing again.

The 3D parts for this project were printed using a Flashforge Creator 5 Pro. The downloadable PDF includes the component list, wiring connections, assembly reference photos, system flowchart, testing instructions and complete Arduino code.
