Domechy – 3D Printed Sprocket & Tracks Mechanism

This folder contains STL files for the sprocket and track system described in the Domechy documentation.  
You can download, 3D print, and test the mechanism yourself.

Files included:
- Idler Sprocket.stl - print 1pc
- Drive Sprocket.stl - print 1pc
- Track link.stl - print 28pc
- Shaft.stl - print 1pc
- Chassis.stl - print 1pc

Printing recommendations:
- Material: PLA or PETG (recommended for durability)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 20–30%
- Supports: Not required for sprocket, may be needed for track links depending on orientation
- Bed adhesion: Brim or skirt recommended

Assembly:
- Print multiple track links and connect them using a 3D print filaments (28 links to forma whole tracks)
- Mount the sprocket on a shaft or 3D printed chassis.
- 

Notes:
- Tolerances may vary depending on your 3D printer.
- If parts are too tight or loose, you may need to scale slightly or sand edges.
