1st step start dari print setting.
a) set layer height ke 0.1mm
b) oriented print part yg boleh bagi kurang stair effect
2nd step surface preparation and post-production
a) support mark removal
i) kena prepare poly putty yg dah dicairkan guna 2k slow thinner
ii) berus poly putty dekat support mark, biarkan kering and keras (mostly kena tunggu up to 4+
hours)
iii) sand/gosok dengan film backing sandpaper grit 80, then continue ke grit 120 sampai polyputy
tunjuk permukaan yg sekata dengan permukaan sekeliling.
b) layer line feathering and removal
i) sand semua permukaan dengan sandpaper 120 grit
ii) spray putty spray but untuk best result, nc-arcylic based putty spray. Lepas kering, sand dengan
sandpaper 120 grit
iii) repeat step ii) and sand guna sandpaper 220 grit. spray thin coat of putty, sand with 320grit
iv) kalau ada pin hole, cover guna spot putty, biarkan kering, sand dengan 320 grit
v) step terakhir, sand all the surface with 400 grit sandpaper
c) sealing, priming and polishing
i) spray polyurethane base sealer primer
ii) sand and polish using sandpaper grit 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and lastly 2000
d) painting base coat, best guna 2k automotive paint yg dah dilute with 2k slow thinner and guna hvlp
spray gun. material feed set to medium, pressure/air feed set ke maximun. spray dalam distance
15 ke 20cm
e) final step, spray 2k clear coat, dilute sikit with 2k slow thinner material feed set to medium,
pressure/air feed set ke maximun. spray dalam distance 15 ke 20cm
make sure buat semua step dekat atas masa cuaca tengah panas sebab nak elak moisture dari masuk ke dalam paint and buat dia jadi matt
